Pixel War Challenge — Can We Guess Our Own Game?

Today, we’ve got something fun for you — a Wanderlust-themed challenge we’re calling the Pixel War!
We wanted to showcase the beautiful city illustrations from our board game Wanderlust: Discover the World, and what better way than turning them into a guessing game?
So here’s what happened:We asked René to pick out some of the art from the game and pixelate them beyond recognition. Then Julian and I had to guess which city each pixelated image was supposed to be.
Sounds easy, right?Well… let’s just say, we learned that we might not know our own game as well as we thought.
We filmed the chaos and laughter across two hilarious parts, and honestly, they turned out great. Between wrong guesses, facepalms, and a lot of “Wait, that’s what city?”, this little game reminded us how much love and detail went into every illustration — and how much there is to discover in Wanderlust.

Why We Did It
Wanderlust is all about exploration, discovery, and connecting with places — both famous and hidden gems.The Pixel War Challenge was our way of celebrating that spirit, and having a few laughs along the way.
